For telephone advice, ZKE staff are available on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7.30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesdays and Fridays from 7.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Thursdays from 7.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. via the central number +49 681 905-2000.

Advice on questions to the accounts department and on services such as changing the number of refuse bins is available at personal appointments in the administration building at Gaschhübel 1 in Malstatt.
